Appraiser finds July of 2024

Happy 4th of July!!! I was visiting properties yesterday and as you may have heard it has been sweltering here in south Texas. The heat index has been in the 110's. To prove how hot it is I snapped this photo of a poor couple that must have fallen asleep outside. As you can see the wife tried to shield herself with a newspaper but to no avail. Stay safe and drink plenty of water.
